Nicole is 8 months old.

I can't believe it, but Nicole is already 8 months old. She's crawling everywhere and has been for about 2 1/2 months and pulling herself up on everything! If only she would start sleeping a little bit more, she would be a perfect angel...

Ashley's Baptism

Ashley got baptized this Sunday, August 16, 2009 in a river. It was great. Max Lucado himself baptized her and the river was at the Marquedt Ranch in Boerne, TX where Carlos and I almost got married. I took about 20 really good pictures and then....a computer virus deleted them all (along with every single other picture in my picture file) overnight! Luckily my friend Shaylea was there and just happened to take a great picture of her being baptized. Here is the only surviving picture...

Tinkerbelle

We had another addition to the family besides Nicole these last few months. When Nicole was about 9 weeks old, we found a teacup Chihuahua. She had no collar on and no microchip and I almost ran her over in the street, so we decided we had to keep her. Her name is Tinkerbelle because she has to wear a bell or she'll get stepped on she's so small.

Sisters

Ashley is really excited to be a big sister so I thought I'd put some pictures of her and Nicole together on here...oh yea and if you notice a change in the way our house looks, it's because we moved into an apartment so we can move close to Carlos' new job...we will be in a house again someday...maybe I'll blog about it...

First's

1st Bath, 1st bit of shyness, 1st swing rides, 1st crawls (at only 5 1/2 months old!), 1st solids (6 months old, 1st laundry basket ride (as if that's a typical 1st)

Baby Nicole

I am the world's worst procrastinator so I'm a little behind in my blogging....but I've also been very busy. Nicole was born January 22, 2009 at 1:55 pm. She was 6 lbs. 15.4 oz. and 21 inches long! She had black hair and beautiful brown eyes. Her labor was much shorter than Ashley's, although I can't say easier because I had to be induced. Not fun. Anyways, it was all worth it because she's beautiful and fun and adorable. Here's some pics of the big day...
